Lang Van, Inc. is the exclusive rights holder to a significant body of Vietnamese music, including:
- Over 33,000 sound recordings
- More than 1,000 original musical compositions
- Content distributed under 130+ record label imprints, spanning traditional, contemporary, and cross-generational works
We are issuing this formal public notice to assert our non-consent for any use of our copyrighted material in:
- AI or machine learning training models
- Remixing, transformation, or generative audio processing
- Derivative works based on Lang Van-owned content
- Scraping of lyrics, composition structures, metadata, or recordings
🔒 Ownership Verification
Lang Van, Inc. maintains full documentation of ownership, including:
- U.S. copyright registrations
- Metadata archives
- Historical chain-of-title records

- Remove any existing AI-generated or AI-trained content based on our recordings or compositions
- Exclude Lang Van data from all current or future datasets, remix engines, or training models
This directive is legally binding under U.S. and international copyright law. Violation will be considered willful infringement and subject to statutory damages, injunctive relief, and commercial restitution.
